Introduction

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all products and services offered by Ronis Capital Finance Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). By applying for or using our financial services, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

Loan Cancellation

Once a loan application is approved and the loan amount is disbursed to the borrower's bank account, cancellation of the loan is not permitted. However, prior to disbursement, the borrower may request to cancel the loan by sending a written request to our support team at contact@maashitla.com. Approval of such cancellation is subject to internal verification and documentation.

Conditions:

• Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the loan has not yet been disbursed.;
• Once disbursed, the borrower is liable to repay the loan as per the agreed terms and conditions.

Processing Fee and Charges

Processing fees, documentation charges, or any upfront charges collected are non-refundable, even if:

• The loan is canceled before disbursement;
• The loan application is rejected;
• The customer withdraws their application voluntarily

Refund Policy for Duplicate/Erroneous Payments

In case of duplicate or erroneous payments made by the borrower (e.g., double payment of EMI), a refund request can be raised by contacting our support team via email or helpline.:

Refund Conditions:

• The refund will be processed only after verification of the payment details;
• Valid supporting documents must be submitted (e.g., bank statement, UTR number ;
• Verified refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original source of payment;
• Refunds are subject to bank processing timelines and operational feasibility.

No Refund for Foreclosure Payments

If a borrower opts for early repayment or foreclosure of their loan, no refund of interest, processing fee, or pre-closure charges will be made unless explicitly mentioned in the loan agreement.
